The petitioner has filed this petition against initiation of proceeding of eviction under the provisions of Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971.

2. During the course of argument learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filling of this petition he filed detailed reply before the Estate Officer. According to the petitioner, he is in still possession of the official accommodation.

3. There is an apprehension of the petitioner that even before passing any order he would be evicted.

4. I do not find any material on record to justify this apprehension. It goes without saying that proceedings of any eviction would be taken only when order of eviction is

passed according to law.

5. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
