1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.731/2020, registered at Police Station Sarkanda, Bilaspur C.G. for offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 & 471 of the I.P.C.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the anticipatory bail application filed directly before this Court with liberty to move before the Sessions Court.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
