2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to quash his removal order Annexure P/1.

3. The petitioner was Block Program Manager at the Community Health Centre, Ambagarh Chowki, District - Rajnandgaon.

4. In Annexure P/1, it has been mentioned that the concerned persons may file objection, if any, till 05.10.2017.

5. As per the petitioner's case he had filed objection on 05.10.2017 vide

Annexure P/3 which is yet pending.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter in issue is squarely covered by order passed by this Court on 25.01.2018 in Writ Petition (S) No. 881 No. 2018.

7. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, aforesaid order, without commenting anything upon the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed off with the direction to respondent No.3 to decide the petitioner's objection / claim by speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
