This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.125/2015, registered at Police Station Pendra, District Bilaspur C.G., for the offences punishable under Sections 59(A), 34(1)(A) of C.G. Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the instant bail application. However, he prays for a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. 3.

Prayer is just and reasonable, therefore, permission is granted. 4.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court concerned is directed to expedite the trial and decide the case as early as possible preferably within a period of 4 months. 5.
