1. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the Order dated 31.01.2020 passed in WPC No. 445 of 2020 (Annexure A-1).

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the applicant corporation submits that the order has since been complied with vide order dated 28.08.2020.

3. Given the fact that the applicant's counsel submits that the order has been complied with but the present MCC has lost its efficacy.
