Learned State counsel submits that FIR has already been registered in the Crime No.16/2018 on 4/01/2018. He submits that statement and grievance of the petitioners B.P. Gupta and Anand Jaiswal shall also be taken in to consideration in the FIR itself. 2.

In view of this, grievance of the petitioners to register FIR stand redressed. No further order is required.
