(in fact Trust Committee ought to have been Defendant instead of Haji Mir Qadir Ali, who was erstwhile member-Mutwalli, however, to avoid the matter being listed in default respondent No.1 has been defined as stated in the impugned order, however, the notice will be sent to the Trust Committee)

1. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at length, I do not find any error in the order under review. However, looking to the long pendency of suit, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

2. With the aforesaid observation, the review petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
