Ms. Sunita Jain, Panel Lawyer Order On Board 01/09/2015 Without going into the merits of the case, considering that earlier, petitioner's application for granting licence was rejected on the ground that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his application, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move fresh application, on which, the Licensing Authority shall consider the same and decide in accordance with the law.

The earlier order rejecting application shall not come in the way of consideration of fresh application.
