Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 24/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to make an application before the competent authority- Tahsildar/Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Korba for issuance of Caste Certificate along with notification of the Central Government stating that the petitioner belongs to Schedule Tribes Caste. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, if such an application is preferred by the petitioner before the competent authority then, in that event, the competent authority shall consider and decide the petitioner's application expeditiously in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
