Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without verification of the account in a mechanical manner order has been passed to lodge FIR. Therefore, petitioner may be given liberty to place his representation so that after verification of the account, proper orders may be passed. 2.
In view of such submission made, petitioner is given liberty to make a representation and if representation is so made, respondent No.2 shall be obliged to decide the same within a further period of 30 days. Till then order dated 21/09/2017 shall not be given effect to. 3.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
