2. By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to decide the pending application of the petitioner dated 10.01.2019 for change of timing for the route from Rameshwarnagar to Surajpur, which is pending before the Regional Transport Authority.

3. On the earlier occasion, learned State counsel was directed to seek instructions

and after the instruction is sought for, it is stated that they would decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the application of the petitioner dated 10.01.2019 shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
