1. By this contempt case the petitioner has prayed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for willful disobedience ofthe order dated 8.5.2013 passed in W.P. (C) No.630 of 2013. ^ 2.

I have perused the petition and annexures, which do not disclose any request of the petitioner to the respondent for early disposal of the case and date of hearing ofthe case after 23.7.2013.

3. Considering -the aforesaid fact, the contempt case is dismissed summarily reserving liberty to the petitioner to file afresh if cause survives along with material showing the inaction of the respondent and attempt made by the petitioner for early disposal of the case. s&'./- Prashant Kumar Mishra
