1. This petition has been filed praying for issuance of direction to the trial Court. The petitioner is being prosecuted in Sessions Trial No.25/2020 pending before the Court of A.S.J. Dhamtari, in which the charge-sheet has been filed and the case has been taken up on 27.05.2020. Since then, even the charge against the petitioner has not been framed. Therefore, the issuance of direction is prayed for.

2. The petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The learned trial Court is directed to take up the trial in the case against this petitioner expeditiously by framing charge against the petitioner and taking up further proceeding at the earliest.
