This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.45/2013, registered at Police Station-Ajak, Ambikapur, District-Sarguja (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 376, 343 & 506B of the IPC, Section 3 (2) (5) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Sections 3 & 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case, nature & gravity of the offence and age of the prosecutrix, who is said to be minor i.e. 15 years on the date commission of offence, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail. Consequently, bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
