Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 25/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that pursuant to the proposal of the Collector, Rajnandgaon, the petitioners have already given their consent on 04.05.2017 for selling/transferring their land to the Government, but till date neither compensation has been paid nor rehabilitation has been provided to them and, therefore, directions may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
Be that as it may, the Collector, Rajnandgaon is directed to consider and dispose of the proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioners
would be at liberty to make an additional representation to the Collector, Rajnandgaon for the redressal of their grievances, if any. 4.
