Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 18/12/2015

1. Submission of learned counsel for the respondent, that the order of the Court has been complied with, is objected to with the reservation that though an order has been passed but the order is not in accordance with law.

2. In view of the above submission and the perusal of the material on record, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter as an order has been passed. Whether the order is in accordance with law or not is a matter for consideration in the event the order is challenged on its own merits in appropriate proceedings.

4. It goes without saying that disposal of this contempt petition shall not come in the way of petitioner in challenging the order on its own merits in accordance with law before appropriate forum.
