(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 04/2015 registered at Police Station Karoundha, District Balrampur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 302 & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(2) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any ground to entertain this bail application. Thus, bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously considering the facts & circumstances of the case.
