1. On due consideration, IA NO.1 for condonation of delay in filing the MCC is allowed and delay of 30 days in filing the MCC is condoned.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed and FA No.65/2012 is directed to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- by the petitioner to the High Court Bar Association within a period of one week, failing which this order shall lose its efficacy.
