No. 6880/01/31/05/2015, registered at Forest Division Officer, Fingeshwar District Gariyabandh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under sections 9,39,50,51, of the Forest Animal Protection Act, 1972, the applicant has filed this application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.
Perusal of the order sheet shows that the bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant, therefore, the instant anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the application for grant of anticipatory bail filed under section 438 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not maintainable.
