1. Complainant- Sankhi Chauhan is virtually present before this Court through the Help Desk of D.L.S.A. Jashpur, and she has no objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to file repeat application after examination of prosecutrix.
