(1) This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with crime No.24/2015 registered at Police Station Hirri, District-Bilaspur, for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties; and taking into consideration the material available on the record against the applicant; and the manner in which deceased committed suicide within nine months of the marriage, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected. Certified copy, as per rules.
