By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondents for consideration of her representation for transfer from Zila Panchayat Ambikapur to Zila Panchayat Bilaspur.

It is stated that the petitioner has applied for No Objection Certificate before the respondent No.2 & 3-Zila Panchayat Ambikapur & Zila Panchayat Bilaspur. 4.

Respondent No.2 & 3 shall examine the petitioner's claim in the light of prevailing policy of the State Government in the matter of transfer of teaching staff from one Zila Panchayat to other Zila Panchayat, on their own request and take necessary steps in the matter. Considering that the petitioner has applied for transfer

on medical grounds, respondents No.2 & 3 shall take their respective decision within a period of three months.

In the result, the petition is dismissed.
