This petition is directed against the order dated 02.05.2015 by which application for amendment in the plaint has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the defendants raised objection with regard to maintainability of the suit, the petitioner sought relief by seeking amendment in the relief clause.

It appears that on application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC filed by the respondent, petitioner has proposed amendment seeking certain additional relief. The petitioner has already

prayed for permanent injunction I do not find it necessary to carry out any further amendment in view of the principal relief prayed by the petitioner in the suit. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of the Court below.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
