Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to move necessary application before the concerned Magistrate/Court.

Presently, the order sheet would reveal that no proceedings are pending against the present petitioner. The petitioner may move necessary application before the concerned Court having jurisdiction over the matter. At this stage, in absence of any document or copy of challan, it is difficult to ascertain that the petitioner was shown as absconding accused or not, before the Court.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move suitable application before the concerned Magistrate/Court, if the occasion arises in future.
