1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 08/04/2019 sent by the District & Sessions Judge, Raigarh for extension of time for final disposal of civil suit No. 5A/2014.

2. This Court vide order dated 09/10/2018 had granted time upto four months to learned trial Court to dispose of the civil suit, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the trial Court to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time upto 31st August, 2019 is granted to learned trial Court to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
