This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.39/2014, registered at Police Station-Kusmi, Distt.Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 302 and 201 of the IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that present bail application may be disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.

Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
