2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are working with Thakur Pyarelal State Institute of Rural Development which is now being managed by the Panchayat Department. He further submits that the funding of the said department is being made by the Central Government i.e. Union of India. A Board of Directors held its meeting of resolution on 12.09.2017 (Annexure P/9) whereby Agenda No. 04 had resolved to increase the remuneration of the petitioners to Rs. 80,000/- per month but till date the amount is not being paid to the petitioners, therefore the petitioners have made representation many a times to the Director Thakur Pyarelal Institute of Panchayat and Rural Development i.e. Respondent No. 2 on 07.12.2017 (Annexure P/11), 18.01.2018 (Annexure P/12), 21.12.2018 (Annexure P/13) & on 06.04.2019 (Annexure P/14) which may be decided in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 i.e. Union of India submits that since the only prayer has been made to decide the representation of the petitioners, the order may be passed to decide the same.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioners to decide their representations which have been filed as Annexures P/11, P/12, P/13 and P/14 without making any further observation on the merits of the case, it is directed that the Director Thakur Pyarelal Institute of Panchayat and Rural Development i.e. respondent No. 3 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that at present this Court has not made any observation on the merit of this case to the entitlement of the petitioners.

5. With the aforesaid direction/ observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
