1. The dispute in the present writ petition seems to be the non-releasing of the post retiral dues including pensionary benefits to the petitioner.

2. According to petitioner, he was originally working under the erstwhile

MPSRTC which on creation of the State of Chhattisgarh came under respondent no.4. Subsequently, the service of petitioner was sent on deputation to respondent no.2 and working under the respondent no.2 on deputation, the service of petitioner was absorbed vide order dated 06.03.2019 on the post of Assistant Revenue Inspector. The petitioner continued in service and stood retired on crossing the age of superannuation w.e.f. 31.07.2019. Though more than 2 years have lapsed, the petitioner till date has not received any post retiral dues including pensionary benefits. According to petitioner, the entire amount of GPF has already been deposited with the Pension Account.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 to take necessary steps to ensure that the post retiral benefits including pensionary benefits payable to the petitioner be released in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the filed at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
