Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the award passed by the Lokpal, MNREGA on 25.07.2017 recommending penalty against
respondents No. 6 to 8 has not been accepted by respondent No.4- SubDivisional Officer (Revenue) and no action has been taken against them till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the respondents No. 3 and 4 are directed to proceed in accordance with law expeditiously as per the award dated 25.07.2017 subject to order of the Appellate or another competent authority. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
