1. The grievance of the petitioner ventilated through this petition is that the petitioner's case of regularization has not been decided till date. Referring to the memo dated 07-09-2009 of Conservator of forest, Kanker, addressed to Chief Conservator of Forest, Chhattisgarh, It is submitted that the matter has remained pending since long even though, it was duly forwarded from the Office of Conservator to the Chief Conservator of Forest.
2. Learned State counsel would submit that if the case of the petitioner is still pending, no decision has been taken, final decision in the petitioner's case of regularization would be taken and appropriate orders would be passes within a reasonable time.
3. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the petitioner is daily wage employee of 1986 and despite, case of the petitioner forwarded to Chief Conservator
of Forest way back in the year 2016, it is high time that the decision should be taken in the case of the petitioner by the Office of Chief Conservator of Forest, Chhattisgarh at the earliest and in any case, not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
