1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for taking an appropriate decision on the application that the petitioner has filed seeking for redressal of its grievance in so far as not to treat the petitioner as a fresh allottee rather to treat the petitioner as a transferee and thereby the premium charged from the petitioner be
refunded.
2. Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 submits that the application of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law at the earliest.
3. Given the said facts and submissions, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 3 to decide the application of the petitioner purely in accordance with law, after taking into consideration the legal position as it stands and the precedents in this regard, at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
