1. This is the fourth bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. The applicant has filed this application as he is arrested in connection with crime No.137/2013, registered at Police Station Shivrinarayan, District JanjgirChampa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506-B, 324/34, 302,34 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application, however, he would pray that the trial Court be directed to expedite the trial.

3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The trail Court is directed to expedite

the trial and make all possible endeavor to conclude the same at the earliest.
