1. Aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 12.07.2021 transferring the petitioner from Gram Panchayat, Ved- Parsada to Gram Panchayat Devgaon both under the Janpad Panchayat at Masturi.

2. Taking into consideration the fact that service of the petitioner is a transferable post and considering the distance between the two place and further that two place of posting being under the same Janpad Panchayat, this Court does not find any strong case for issuance of any direction by

-2the High Court to respondents. If, at all if there is any personal inconvenience to the petitioner, it would be for the petitioner to approach the respondents by way of a suitable representations and subject to petitioner making any such representation the same be decided on its own merits in accordance with law.
