1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.303/2019 registered in Police Station Bilha, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 363 & 376 of the IPC and Section 4 & 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Shri Jitendra Kurre, father of the prosecutrix appears through Video Conferencing Help Desk, High Court and raises objection to the applicant's prayer for grant of bail.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive if the trial does not conclude within reasonable time after regular functioning of the Court.
