Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's land had been acquired and house was also demolished by the respondent authorities way back in the year 2009 but till date no compensation has been paid to the petitioner in lieu of his land. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Collector, Bilaspur for redressal of his grievance who, in turn,

shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
