This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.90/2015, registered at Police Station-Piparia, Distt.Kabirdham (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application directing the trial Court to expedite the trial Court.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
