1. This writ petition has been preferred for a direction to Special Crime Investigation Cell, Raipur for arresting the accused persons of Crime No.218/2013 and further to comply with the provisions contained in Section 170 CrPC.

2. Learned State Counsel would submit that the investigation has been

completed and closure report has been filed before the JMFC, Raipur on 31.12.2013.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event closure report has not yet been accepted by the concerned Magistrate, the petitioner may appear before the Magistrate and object to the acceptance of the closure report.
