Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 09/10/2020 Learned State counsel, at the outset, pointed out that the bail application has been rejected by the Court below in the matter of alleged commission of offence under the IPC and the provisions contained in Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short 'the Act of 1989'). In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed with liberty to file appeal against order of rejection of appeal.

Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned after retaining photo copy of the same.
