(2) This is fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.57/2015, registered at Police Station Kasdol, Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 186, 353, 332, 294, 336, 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicants' first, second & third bail applications were dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 04.05.15 passed

in M.Cr.C. No.1446/2015 & M.Cr.C. No.1453/2015 and the second bail application of the applicants were also dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 11.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.4212/15 & M.Cr.C.No.4213/2015 and third bail applications of the applicants were dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 16.12.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.7026/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it is fit case to entertain the fourth bail application. Consequently, the fourth bail application is rejected. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
