2. In view of the fact that the appeal preferred by the petitioner challenging their removal from the post of Computer Operator, is pending consideration before the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Tribunal, Bilaspur, however, their application for grant of stay has been granted, ends of justice will be served, if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the tribunal to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal at the earliest preferably within in a period of 4 months.

3. If any fresh appointment is made on the said post, the same shall remain subject to the final outcome of the petitioner's appeal pending before the tribunal.
