1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.108/2015, registered at Police Station Pendra, Distt. Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) of the Narcotic and Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that 5 Kgs. of Ganja was seized by the police from the present applicant.
3. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence and recovery of 5 Kgs. of Ganja from the applicants, I do not consider it a fit case for grant of regular bail to the applicants. The application is rejected. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Soma
