This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.181/2020 registered at Police Station Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294, 323, 506 of the IPC and Section 3(1) (2-1) (10-Dha) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the bail application has rendered infructuous as the applicant has been arrested during pendency of the bail application. 4.
