This is the second application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.4/2020 registered at Police Station Piperchhedi, District Gariyaband (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 376(2) of the IPC and 6 of the POCSO Act.

The first bail application was dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix. However, the prosecutrix has not yet been examined.
