2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that challenging the order of dismissal from removal of service, petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority on 08.03.2013, which has not yet been considered and decided by the appellate authority.

3. Considering the limited prayer made in this petition, it is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to decide the pending

appeal at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from today.
