By this contempt case the petitioner has prayed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 26.6.2013 passed in" W.P. (S) No.1802 of 2013. 2.
i have heard Iearned counsel for the petitioner, perused the petition and documents appended thereto.

In absence of any material to show the inaction of the respondents, the contempt case is dismissed summarily reserving liberty to the petitioner to tile afresh if cause survives along with materiai showing the inaction of the respondents, especially in the era of Right to Information Act. '
