1. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that after filing of the present contempt petition, the respondents have initiated process for compliance of the order passed by this Court, therefore, some time may be allowed to seek further instructions.

2. Since, as per the petitioner's own showing steps have been taken by the respondents by issuing the order on

06.11.2017, let the contemnor comply the order passed by this Court within a period of one month from today.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move afresh, if the order is not complied with.
