1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the nongranting of the retiral dues, which the petitioner is entitled for. The claim of the petitioner also is the granting of the Time Scale Pay that the petitioner is entitled for w.e.f. October, 2017 and also the benefit of the revision of pay w.e.f. 01.01.2016 onwards.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has retired from service on 31.08.2018 till date all these issues have not been settled by the authorities concerned.

Given the nature of dispute that the petitioner has raised, let the respondents No.1 & 2 take an appropriate decision so far as the claim of the petitioner is concerned and appropriate order be passed on the representation which the petitioner has made in this regard at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
