1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is working as Assistant Sub Inspector posted at Sarguja was promoted as Sub Inspector and thereafter he has been posted at 19th Battalion Pokhran Bastar. It is submitted that the petitioner's wife is working as A.N.M. at Surajpur and as per the transfer policy of the State dated 27.06.2019 at para 2.11, if the request is made that the husband & wife be kept at the same place then as far as practical that should be considered. Under the circumstances, the petitioner has made a representation, which is forwarded to the I.G. Police, may be considered.

2. Without any observation on merit, since limited prayer has been made that the wife of the petitioner is posted at Sarguja, therefore, the petitioner is being given liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent No.2 alongwith the necessary documents within a period of 3 weeks and the

-2said representation, if so filed, shall be decided within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
