Agrawal Order On Board 03/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are students of Post Graduation Ayurveda course, they are also entitled to get stipend from the State Government as per stipend given the students of Post Graduation Allopathic course for which they have made representation to the State Government, but
the same has not been considered and decided till now. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, the State Government is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' representation, expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
