1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners may be allowed to make fresh application under Section 151 of the CPC for exhibiting the documents which have been left to be exhibited.
2. The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
3. If the application is preferred within 7 days from today, that will be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law.
4. The petitioners have also challenged the rejection of application under Order 7 Rule 14 (3) of the CPC by which the trial Court has declined to take documents on record.
5. Considering the the fact that documents are public documents and relevant as well as necessary for just and proper disposal of the suit, documents are taken on record subject to payment of cost of ₹ 2500/- to the defendants. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order as suit is pending since 1.12.2005.
